SERVICES

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials in a timely manner. They must ensure that the materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Delays or failures in providing required information may impact the project's timeline.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon completion of the project and payment in full, intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client ensures that provided materials do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
PAYMENT
Clients agree to pay for services as per the terms specified in the agreement. Payment methods and schedules will be defined in individual proposals. Non-payment or delayed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Pikembipresje and the client agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project strictly confidential.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pikembipresje is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific services rendered.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the agreement in case of breach, with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services provided up until the termination date.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kosovo.
